While this little fella can accept any beverage of choice, the LENNY was originally designed and sized around Matt's humble opinion of the perfect sized latte. The LENNY's 9-oz capacity is perfect for those who enjoy allowing their espresso to shine through, without their latte being overly diluted by milk.
The LENNY is made from porcelain, is stackable, and is dishwasher safe.
Note: Take care when using metal utensils with the LENNY, as porcelain can be easily marked by metal utensils. Marks in porcelain can often be easily removed with a mixture of baking soda, water, and gentle scrubbing.

I've ordered Matte White. A matte finish for a 9-oz. size gives a better holding contact than if it was a slippery, glossy finish. Kudos for that thought. Overall, the cup is sturdy, and sits solidly well on the table without wobbling. I say this because I've noticed half of the bottom rim outside of the cup is not fully formed or shaped. And, I do have a subtle "drip" marks rather than an all-around clean & smooth body surface of the cup. I would like to get an exchange but that would involve having to wait again (last time it was out-of-stock) and of course, there's shipping cost for the returned item. For the cost paid, I think quality control would have been expected. LindaH

I’ve been searching for a handle-less mug and this is the one for me! Why no handle? Two reasons: 1. A perfectly made espresso drink never gets so hot that it can’t be held. In fact, the mug’s warmth makes holding it a pleasant experience. And the shape and proportions make it comfortable to grasp. I had previously purchased mugs that confirmed to a more traditional latte mug shape, but the proportions made it less stable to hold. 2. Personal preference, but I don’t love drinking coffee from travel mugs. With no handle, this one can go from house to a car’s cup holder with ease! Lastly, size. I tend to avoid large heavy espresso drinks. Purists max out at 8oz cappuccinos - these 9oz mugs are the sweet spot in our house.

I like it a lot. The size , shape, feel are all great. The packaging was also very good. One of the mugs had an area along the lip that was not coated. 1 of 4 isn't bad I just wasn't expecting to see a line of white. The reason I am unsure is because that defect might add some character? Overall happy though.
