Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday.

Please allow extra processing time (1-2 days) during high-volume times such as sales, new product launches, etc.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic (USA): Free shipping on all orders over $75 
International: Automatic $10 discount on all international shipping fees

Exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your order dimensions, weight and location.

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Please be aware that orders may take longer to arrive as carriers work to delivery higher shipping volumes due to COVID-19.

When shipping internationally, all USPS First Class shipments will now be sent via Global Post Shipping Service, which has been seeing far fewer delays.

If you need your order by a certain date, please consider expedited service.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided via email as soon as your order ships, and will be sent from info@cremacoffeeproducts.com. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1-2 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, marking the email as “not spam.”

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Crema Coffee Products is not responsible for any customs fees, duties and/or taxes applied to your order during import to your destination. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). IMPORTANT: All orders denied by the receiver during import due to failure to pay import duties, taxes and/or fees will be abandoned with customs. These orders will not be applicable for returns or refunds.

Damages

Crema Coffee Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost by the shipping carrier during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Crema Coffee Products is happy to accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of your original purchase. Returns and exchanges must be returned in the same condition as they were received, without physical signs of wear or use, and should be returned in the original packaging.

Please make sure to inspect the items thoroughly before returning, as products with signs of wear will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (deducted from the final refund).
