Returns Policy

Crema Coffee Products is happy to accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of your original purchase. Returns and exchanges must be returned in the same condition as they were received, without physical signs of wear or use, and should be returned in the original packaging.

Please make sure to inspect the items thoroughly before returning, as products with signs of wear will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (deducted from the final refund).

To process a return or exchange, please forward your order confirmation email and/or order number to the email address below, along with the reason for return or exchange.
