Steam Lever.

It’s more easy for me because the original dial are so difficult to move.

Steaming good brew.

Works like a charm, makes texturing much more convenient, done with ease.

A must.

I don't know why the machine doesn't use this as a standard. It's a must.

So beautiful, but...

I love this addition to my Sage machine! It is beautiful and really finishes off the machine instead of the plastic knob. Only thing I have is the loose fit, it seems a bit wobly, and this could easily be rectified by the manufacturer. This is the sole reason for only giving this 3 stars.

Love Every Shot.

To us, coffee is a ritual. And we want you to love every moment of it. To take joy in the process of measuring and grinding. To experience confidence while distributing and tamping. To rejoice in the sight of the perfect extraction. And of course, to love every drink you make, every time you make it.
