Bottomless Portafilters are a wonderful tool for observing and diagnosing your shots, but it's important to keep in mind that they're just that -- a tool. Once you're dialed in and you're achieving consistent results, bottoms are optional.
And as they say... sharing is caring, which is why we've included both a single spout, and a double on our Bottomless Spouts. Funnel that liquid gold into a single cup, or split it off into two and cheer up a friend.
Crafted of 304 Stainless Steel, our Bottomless Spout sets are a quick and simple press-fit design, compatible exclusively with our Crema Bottomless Portafilter. (We cannot guarantee fitment on non-Crema branded portafilters.)

PLEASE NOTE: With the Bottomless Portafilter, channeling and spurting can be very messy, but are EXTREMELY common. This is not a defect of the portafilter itself, but instead is your coffee telling you that there's room for improvement in your preparation process (grind size, tamping, distribution, etc.).

This is the absolute dream! Totally best of both worlds, so easy to remove and swap the bottoms. Seems really well made and makes it super easy to clean. The only ****** is that the portafilter handle was loose when it arrived and despite tightening it, if I wipe the basket too vigorously while it's in the portafilter the portafilter handle can come loose, making the part with the basket fall which is a bit scary, would hate to damage it!

Love my new portafilter with olivewood handle. I just bought my Breville espresso machine but I wanted a bottomless portafilter that had the option of adding a bottom with either a single or double spout. It is extremely well-made and balanced. The olivewood handle was light in color, but olivewood darkens with time (like cherry and maple, for example). 5 stars well earned!

I'm reviewing the portafilter/spouts combo, but I actually received the portafilter as a gift and then picked up the spout set. There was an initial issue with the fit of the spouts, but Crema took care of me and I now have a setup that all fits as it should. The bottomless setup is great for diagnosing my puck prep, but for pulling a few back to back shots in the morning before work I really appreciate having the spouts there so I'm not punished with a mess for cutting a couple corners on my process. I also like being able to take everything apart for thorough cleaning instead of wondering what the innards of my Breville portafilter might look like... highly recommended!

I appreciate the workmanship & the 3-in-one design. The single spout & bottomless work fine; the dual spout only works for me when making two single shots due to the width. The dual spout design is a wide-spaced one, unlike the narrower one that is supplied with my Rancilio Silvia Pro which allows me to brew a double into a single cup.

After switching to this bottomless portafilter, I was able to dial in my shots to perfection. There are some strange looking circular spots on the inside of the portafilter, but otherwise it performs as advertised. It fits my Breville Bambino perfectly.
