IMPORTANT NOTE: Our 39.25mm Flair tampers are made to be a precision fit. Due to the construction style of the Flair Classic, Signature and NEO portafilters, it's possible that some of these portafilters may experience eccentricity (or deviation from true round). In the event that your tamper does not fit freely into your Classic, Signature or NEO, it's likely that your portafilter has been subject to eccentricity.

MalaysiaSuperb build and works great
It took a while for me to receive the tamper, but it was so worth the wait. My initial impression was this tamper is really heavy compared to the original tamper. The distribution side works really well to make everything even and the tamp side makes getting a levelled tamp so much easier than the original tamper. I use 14g-16g for medium to light roast beans on a Flair Neo with the bottomless portafilter so this tools works really well with that amount. You will need to tap on the counter to get all the ground beans into the portafilter first before distributing and tamping. IMO, this tamper should be in everyone's Flair Neo/Classic upgrade path. It is that good.

First off, customer service was absolutely amazing. USPS failed on their delivery, and the folks at CREMA were super responsive and helped make it right. I was hoping this product would come with the additional plastic rings (as other folks had described in their purchase). It’s an amazing product. Great weight, feel, distribution. Would highly recommend it. I love the fact it is adjustable (I didn't realize it when I first received it and left a 4 star review). I was hoping this product would come with the additional plastic rings (as other folks had described in their purchase). The depth of the distributor side is a bit too deep, so I’ve had to adjust my dosing to about 15g to accommodate the tools depth. Other than that it’s an amazing product. Great weight, feel, distribution. Would highly recommend it.
